New Way – Educated, Motivated, Employed!

Welcome to the EME New Way project!

“New Way – Educated, Motivated, Employed!” is a project within the Erasmus Plus program whose main goal is to create a space for collaboration in which a group of young people from different countries have the opportunity to improve their knowledge about the labor market in order to find a new job, create its own or continue training.

Between the months of July 2017 and April 2018, the partner organizations of the project have worked to generate a research about the situation of youth employment in each of the participating municipalities, a list of recommendations regarding employment for young people, as a result of a day of round tables, and a draft of what would come to be a methodology of job search and training for young people.

From May 2018, the partner organizations work for the organization of a Training Course for 35 young people (7 from each participating country) that will take place during the week of October 8th to 14th 2018 at the Castle of San Servando in Toledo with the aim of working on the methodology cited above. All this work supported by qualified people with experience in different areas such as human resources and business management.

After the training, young people from each country will carry out a period of voluntary work of 30 hours per participant, between the months of November 2018 and March 2019, with the aim of transmitting the knowledge acquired during the Training Course to other young people from the municipality. This work will be carried out together with the stuff of the organization of their municipality of origin.

Between the months of March 2019 and July 2019, the partner organizations will work on the final results of the project and will organize a Conference to disseminate the results from the project in the city of Vilnius (Lithuania) in which the project will be concluded.
