Erasmus+ KA1 TC “A new age”, organizational management in Cagliari

In June, Rubeum has participated in the project “Path towards an organizational management: A new age”, a Training Course of the Erasmus + program. During the days 18 to 24th of this month we have lived a nice experience next to 31 persones from 8 different countries on the island of Sardinia, south of Italy, in a city in the south of the island called Cagliari.

Throughout the week we carried out different activities about how to manage an NGO and the daily work that goes with it, which have been a great opportunity to continue educating our organization and using this knowledge in our organization. We have also shared experiences and best practices with the other participants and the different associations that were part of this Erasmus+ project.

But during the week we had no to be working all the time, we also had free time to visit the city, to go to the beach and we also visited Gesico, a village in central Sardinia where we were welcomed with much enthusiasm. And let’s not forget the intercultural evening where the participants showed us, through videos, dances, games, songs … the unique culture and traditions of their countries. We didn’t miss the opportunity to try the typical food of each country! Everything was delicious!

During the project, we have been collecting some fragments of our experience in video which also includes a visit to the local goverment and some images from Fablab Cagliari, a coworking space full of very interesting people who welcomed us when we needed a workspace during the trip.

We feel so grateful with the ABìCì organization for making possible this week where we met very nice people and we made contacts with other European associations that we could collaborate with in the future. We also want to say thank you to the PIN Málaga association which invited us to participate in the project. See you soon, a big hug!
